MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

Corporate cultural issues within an organization may have a profound effect on individual managers and their teams. This program provides the perspectives, and skills participants to better understand and develop an appropriate corporate culture aimed at success. Prior to attending the workshop, each participant completes a cultural and self assessment questionnaire. In addition, he/she solicits feedback from peers and team members concerning the effectiveness of their management style. A key element of the program will require significant change in capacity and behavior of the manager. Facilitation is personal with emphasis on individual and organizational needs.

TEAM BUILDING

One of the major sources of untapped potential in any organization lies in the dynamics of how people work together. Organizations are increasingly recognizing the challenge of mobilizing their human resources to improve results, productivity, quality, creativity and innovation.

This workshop addresses intact management teams and business units, skilling them to insure their contributions can resonate harmoniously, one with another, so that the combined effect is greater than could be obtained by each individual acting independently.

ONE TO ONE DEVELOPMENT

This program is designed to meet the needs of individuals who may be Executives, Managers, Supervisors and/or Staff Personnel. It aims to develop an understanding of the skills required to lead and control change initiatives and high performance teams. Provides the Executive with a personal coach who will provide objective, timely, balanced feedback as it relates to leadership.
